Thank you for choosing to be a valued system member of The Partners Network. Whether you are a FREE Access Member or a PAID Subscriber, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY as both are subject to Systems Terms and Conditions. System Terms & Conditions of The Partners Network This Agreement is between The Partners Network (hereinto referred to as TPN) and FREE Access Member (hereinto referred to as FAM) and PAID Subscriber (herein referred to as PS). By registering for the site, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as outlined below. TPN reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time to stay up-to-date with applicable laws, or any modifications or changes to products, subscriptions or services being offered. A. CODE OF CONDUCT When using any part of TPN system, all FAM and PS will follow these codes of conduct: 1. Do not violate Melaleuca’s Social Media Policy. 2. Do not violate Melaleuca’s Statement of Policies. 3. Do not do anything illegal. 4. Do not send spam. Spam is unwanted or unsolicited bulk email, posting, contact requests, SMS (text messages), or instant messages. See SPAM POLICY for further details. 5. Do not engage in any activity that is false or misleading. 6. Do not infringe upon the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, the resale or unauthorized use of any material on TPN and/or the private team area, creating any Facebook page, Twitter, LinkedIn or any other social media account suggesting that you are the owner of any of the Team names or The Partners Network within TPN unless own the legal rights to do so (i.e. trademark). B. LIMITED USE AVAILABLE TO FAM 1. Platinum Synergy Group, Inc. Customer Support is not included with the FAM service. This includes technical support with system operations. If you want any type of support on the system, you will need to become a PS. 2. Certain areas and services on TPN system are only available to PS. If you are a FAM, you agree that you understand that you do not have access to all areas available on TPN system. C. PRIVACY 1. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information, to communicate special promotions and/or offers, and for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you. 2. Should you wish to cease receiving emails from us, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email. 3. If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via this system or purporting to be sent via this system, you may email mgggmastercoach@gmail.com and request to be unsubscribed from our emails. D. INDEMNIFICATION 1. FAM and PS agree to indemnify and hold TPN and Platinum Synergy Group, Inc. (Melaleuca Approved Vendor) harmless from any financial loss resulting and/or liability arising out of the use of the system, including but not limited to loss of data. 2. You agree to indemnify and hold TPN and Platinum Synergy Group, Inc. harmless from any liability arising out of your marketing efforts using the system. This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, legal fees, costs of litigation or judgments arising out of mailing or emailing your marketing materials to any leads provided by Platinum Synergy Group, Inc. on the TPN system. 3. You understand that even though leads sold through Platinum Synergy Group, Inc. on the TPN system are the result of people filling out a form on a web page, contacting them may still generate complaints, and agree not hold TPN or Platinum Synergy Group, Inc. liable in any manner whatsoever. 4. When lead purchasing is applicable, lead sales are handled directly through Platinum Synergy Group, Inc. TPN is not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for issues associated with lead sales. E. SPAM POLICY 1. Compliance with CAN-SPAM ACT and CASL is mandatory. TPN and Platinum Synergy Group, Inc. completely disclaims any and all responsibility for any FAM or PS discovered to be using TPN system for unlawful spamming or any other unlawful use as defined under the CAN-SPAM ACT and CASL or any and all applicable local, state, and federal internet and privacy laws, including but not limited to, U.S. Federal Trade Commission rules governing telemarketing sales. 2. You may not use any of the material on TPN system, including but not limited to, videos, presentations, individual bios, personalized URL link or documents, in sending unsolicited and unwanted correspondence to anyone, nor in any email or website or other venue of advertising containing explicit, illegal, or vulgar content. 3. Violation of SPAM policy will result in immediate termination of your account on TPN system. F. MISCELLANEOUS 1. You are welcome to invite any Melaleuca Preferred Member for any team to join TPN system. However, they must be a Melaleuca Preferred Member when you invite them. 2. When creating your user name, please be aware that it will be used to personalize your URL on the system. Therefore, take care to ensure it is appropriate. We suggest you use your name. TPN reserves the right to change any user name that includes, but is not limited to, use of vulgar words or trademarks. 3. TPN strives to maintain the integrity and sense of fairness on the system, therefore, we ask that any knowledge of abuse to TNP system’s Terms and Conditions be reported immediately to mgggmastercoach@gmail.com 4. All sales are final. Due to the nature of the services that are provided on TPN system, no refunds, exchanges will be offered once order has been placed. This applies, but is not limited to, system subscriptions and printed marketing material. 5. PS credit cards are billed monthly, relevant to the date of the month in which the subscription began. For example: If you began your paid subscription on January 2nd, then your credit card would be billed on the 2nd of each month beginning on February 2nd. 6. PS subscriptions are billed one month in advance. You may cancel subscription at any time yet you will not receive a refund for unused days of previously paid subscription. 7. TPN and Platinum Synergy Group, Inc. reserves the right to temporarily shut down or terminate your paid subscription or free access account at any time pending contact with you to resolve an issue. This is a rare occurrence which generally occurs when policy is violated. 8. If a provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction that shall not affect the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of this Agreement.
